All Timber frame construction built according to SABS minimum standard code. All Brick construction built according to SABS code of building or by qualified engineer. Electrical work done by registered electricians and electrical certificates supplied on completion. Plumbing work done by registered plumbers. Trusses manufactured by independent roof truss companies or made up on site to match existing pitch and layout. Block and beam flat concrete roofs or floors installed as per engineer specifications. Inspection by engineer of block and beam system done prior to pouring of concrete. Occupation certificates supplied on new homes.
