ABOUT US: At Instant Turf, we are passionate about what we do and what we sell. In busines since 1995, we have the knowledge and expertise to ensure complete customer satisfaction. We supply various types of grass including kikuyu, cynodon, buffalo, berea and even anti-erosion vetiver grass. and agapanthus We work and deliver throughout South Africa, also doing the final raking, fertilizing and laying and rolling of the turf at its destination. SERVICES: Everyday domestic clients: complexes,durban complexes, individual homes, sportsfields around kzn. South coast north coast, the midlands. Golf courses, race tracks and factories. Monthly maintenance (ongoing): Sebs factory site, freys food brands. Our current farming enterprise- preparation of fields for planting, spraying for weeds, rotavating, discing, ploughing, planting out of turf. The properties on which the farming is conducted. Market overview: This product is currently sold to developers, the roads department, civil contractors; landscapers and a huge domestic market. We also supply for collection. Distribution channels: We will deliver the turf using all our own transport. See vehicle lists. As we have our own transport in place we are not dependent on sub-contractors so reliability is not affected. Plan of operation: Water supply - water supply certificate encl We pump water from our own dam and have access to the dam on the adjoining farm as well. Our eskom pump is solely for the irrigation. The farm has two separate Eskom power points as well as a generator. All the sprinklers, sprinkler heads and piping are our own. We intend to manage our exisitng resources well and grow as we have done in previous years. Our reputation and our service will continue to grow as we carry out all our commitments.
