It has already successfully completed small, medium and large projects. Mothetho Construction was founded in 2011 and officially registered with CIPRO in 2011. It started operating with the intention of participating as a Contractor and Subcontractor in the road construction industry, given the business and technical background of the managing members. Mothetho Civils are specialists in all aspects of tarmac, road surfcae and earthworks. We have over 30 years experience with a qualified team of contractors. Our extensive knowledge in the surfacing and tarmac industry allows us to assure you that we offer the very best in SA. We offer a personal service to both the commercial and domestic clients. OUR SERVICES: TAR SURFACING: Hot Rolled Asphalt using asphalt pavers or an experienced hand crew, for roads, parking lots and driveways. As an approved tarmac contractor inline with CSIR principles, our highly skilled team of operatives have worked on a wide range of developments with a top quality finish. PAVING: Block paving also known as brick paving is a commonly used decorative method of creating a hardstanding. The main benefit over other materials to create a hard surface are that the individual bricks that go together to make up the block paved surface are able to be lifted up and then replaced. POTHOLE PATCHING: Pothole patching is the process of repairing an asphalt based road imperfection. Pothole patching is a year-round activity performed by city and county street municipality crews to maintain the areas roads and bridges. ROAD MARKING: Road surface markings are used on surfaced roads, parking areas to provide guidance and information to drivers and pedestrians. We are constantly keeping abreast with international trends in the road marking industry to consistently better our quality and service BITUMEN BINDERS: We are suppliers and applicators of all grades of quality road binders, thus primes and bitumen emulsions. (such as MC 30, Environmental Prime, Stable grade SS60 etc.) FOG SPRAY: We are suppliers and applicators of all grades of quality road binders, thus primes and bitumen emulsions. (such as MC 30, Environmental Prime, Stable grade SS60 etc.) OUR VISION: To grow and become a successful South African Civil Engineering, Construction, trading and projects management company.
