Cinza Projects is a construction company that specialises in all manner of concrete construction, ranging from foundations and raft slabs to suspended slabs, columns and stair-cases. We supply both rough formwork and off-shutter finishes at competitive rates. Other services include steel fixing (cut, bend, supply and fix) to client’s designs / specifications, as well as the installation of all sundry items such as spacers, DPC Slip-Joints and Polystyrene void formers / expansion joints. We supply Ready-Mix concrete from trusted suppliers, arrange concrete pumps and perform placing, compacting and striking-off of concrete. Supply and installation of all steel, formwork and concrete is performed by our skilled (in-house) tradesmen to the specifications as set out in SANS – 10400 and the NHBRC.
